When the heating temperature of the workpieces is not high, the equipment can be controlled by temperature, and hence the magnetic thermocouple and the workpieces should contact closely. However, for workpieces requiring high heating temperature, the probe is easily damaged since the range of the magnetic probe is only 0-200℃. In addition, every time when heating is done, the probe should be taken out and installed. What’s more, long time use will expose the probe to easy oxidative wear, which leads to accurate measurement of temperature. It is suggested to adopt the time control to remedy this problem. Additionally, the heater has its own portable thermodetector, which makes the first test and measurement or irregular spot check of temperature convenient.
